Function Growth's Wellow Wide Calf Socks campaign was well thought out, planned, and executed; from noticing the need for inclusive sock wear, to showing real people using their product by collaborating with influencers on social media platforms. With the development of wide calf socks, Wellow catered directly to the underserved needs of a specific group of people. Function Growth's cross-departmental, inclusive approach not only solved a pressing product-fit issue but also significantly contributed to Wellow’s bottom line.. Body positivity, inclusivity and diversity were beautifully underscored in both the product development and the online marketing objectives.
